We're live

Today I'm excited to share that Roam Club is officially live on the App and Play stores, kicking off our soft launch.
Roam Club is a tool for exploration, built on the recommendations of those you know best: your friends. On Roam Club, you can easily follow your friends and see their local and global recommendations directly and collectively in a map view.
Right now, we have disparate Google Maps lists that are individually viewable, word documents, spreadsheets, and direct messages that we cobble together into a coherent itinerary for any given city. It's kind of brutal. Roam Club is designed to bring those recommendations together into one convenient interface, showing all of your recommendations alongside your friends. Easy inspiration when you're looking for a place to go.
The app is relatively simple, and that's kind of the point. I want to simplify the act of sharing recommendations, and simplify the user experience compared to a lot of the competitors.
Less is more, especially when your main objective is to spend less time on your phone and more time experiencing a new spot.
So give it a try. I'd love to have you, and I'd love it if you could provide feedback, either through the app store or direct. Special shout out to the fantastic team – Andrii, Alona, Alex, and Alisa – at HotShot Labs in Ukraine (🇺🇦❤️) who built the MVP. Check them out if you're wanting to get an app of your own built.
Keep exploring,
